Shipping & Delivery

Our designers require a minimum delivery period as they are made to order. You will be able to find the delivery time required listed under each individual product. Some designs may require 2-14 weeks for production and delivery however, we do have rush options available and if you require your dress urgently please contact us.

Free Standard Delivery in Australia for orders over $300

Your dresses are very important and we take great care in sending them out to you. All our dresses are packaged carefully with tissue paper to ensure they are well protected in transit.
All orders are Registered, Trackable and require a signature upon Delivery.

At this time we cannot ship outside of Australia

Cancellations

Our orders are automatically processed so we regret that we are unable to make any changes to your order after placement. Cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our returns policy on our website.

Production and Delivery

Made to order dresses will only be processed and put into production once payment has been received in full. In stock items will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full. 

Rush order delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. The additional fee enables your order to be put into production as priority and best efforts will be made to have the order to you within the indicated time frame.

Delivery times stated do not account for any unexpected delays from Customs, natural disasters, and third party freight providers.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email And The Veil  as soon as possible prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
